The landlord receives their payout only after both parties have confirmed the key handover, or automatically after 7 days if no dispute is raised by the tenant.
Do not confirm the move-in. You can immediately raise a dispute through the platform. Our admin team will review the evidence and can refund your payment if the claim is valid.
Landlords must upload ownership documents before a property is listed. Our trained verification officers cross-check these documents and manually inspect listings where required.
